Must see for horror fans.

I was fortunate enough to have seen Frewaka on the big screen.

Writer Aisling Clarke's sophisticated style of horror is apparent, showcasing both the modern and mature elements of the chilling kind.

Poor Shoo (Claire Monnelly) finds herself questioning things, after effectively stepping back in time out to the picturesque Irish countryside. Things take a turn for the worse and as the story unravels darkness and mystery deepen.

Die Hexen's score really hit home and brought out truly overwhelming sensations of haunting and sinister, captivating the viewer and raising the terror.

Frewaka has a strong screen presence and is a must see not only for horror fans, but anyone with connections to Ireland will find this film resonates with them.
