Featured review
Humble beginnings I guess. To think that a so visually strong director made this to begin with is insane to think. This is not good in any way but it´s interesting to think that a filmmaker started this way and then became one of those directors you have to watch when they make something.
2 egg-shaped characters go on a journey.
This is rather hard to talk about. It´s only 30 seconds and is just a slide show. Calling it a movie is a bit of a stretch, since it is barely moving at all. The frames are cute enough but don´t really have any context.
I guess there is a narrative here. What it means I don´t know. As far as I can understand is based on a book, but with no context I don´t get it. I thought there was an afterlife metaphor or maybe growing up or letting go? I think anyone's guess is as good as mine, unless you read the book I guess.
The characters are cute and some of the frames look good.
There are some artistic value here but it´s more or less a glorified PowerPoint.
