Climax action scene is amazingly shot with full of surprises and woww factor that audience will take away as one of the best scenes of the movie, when walking out of the theatre...
Overall, it's a great storyline, action, and entertaining movie.... 9/10..
"Eagle" (2024), starring Ravi Teja, is an action thriller that has generated a mix of reactions from audiences and critics. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the film aims to deliver a stylized and intense action experience, and it certainly delivers on that front. However, its narrative and pacing have been points of contention.
Here's a breakdown of key aspects: * Action and Visuals: * "Eagle" is praised for its action sequences, which are often described as visually impressive and well-executed. The cinematography plays a significant role in creating a dynamic and engaging viewing experience.
* The film's stylized aesthetic contributes to its overall action-oriented feel.
* Ravi Teja's Performance: * Ravi Teja's performance is a highlight for many viewers. He delivers a powerful and commanding presence, fitting the film's action-hero persona.
* His dedication to the role is evident, and he contributes significantly to the film's intensity.
* Narrative and Pacing: * One of the main criticisms of "Eagle" revolves around its narrative and pacing. Some reviewers feel that the storyline lacks novelty and that the pacing is uneven.
* The film's attempts to weave multiple storylines together have also been met with mixed reactions, with some finding the narrative convoluted.
* Some reviews have mentioned that the dialoge was not very well written.
* Overall Impression: * "Eagle" is primarily aimed at fans of action films who appreciate stylized visuals and intense sequences.
* While the film may not satisfy those seeking a deeply complex or emotionally resonant narrative, it delivers on its promise of delivering action.
* The movie is a very visually driven film.

No spoilers . Ok so first time I tried to watch didn't get past 10 minutes, though few months later tried again and very glad I did . Don't be put off by subtitles
The story is compelling if you give it time , I don't do many reviews but this one is worth the effort good strong story has humour plot twists .easily outclasses lot of Hollywood stuff. Now have min 250 characters, despise this because I don't want to spoil things for people .Also everyone's opinion and taste differ . Personally I watch just as many films from other countries just because I don't know the language I don't let that stop me missing out. Minimum character limit reached . Bye 😂👍
A random story about the cotton export business which intrigues journalist Nalini to write an article about it. This leads her to be the center attraction for Indian authorities right from CBI to secret services. This pushes her to investigate the man responsible for the cotton business to thrive and his multi face which has scared the bejesus out of the authorities of not just India but dozen other countries. What truth she uncovers as she interrogates the people who have encountered the mystery man as well as the ones who standby him, forms rest of the story.
The uneven narrative to constantly hype the hero's character and the abrupt shift in the timelines as the story gets narrated by different set of people, the attempt is to create enough mystery around the character but fails heavily in achieving it. Sure it reminded me of KGF narrative as well but unlike it, Eagle lacks the writing that made the character as special as the supporting characters hype him to be. Having said that, what truly works in Eagle are the action set pieces especially the climax one with a surprising twist. It is these action bits that shows the ambition of the director and one can only wish it had got a better film.
Eagle has all the qualities to be a solid masala entertainer but remains uneven throughout. The constant shift in the narrative in the first half fails to generate any interest and the flashback in the second half just comes out of a routine. Ravi Teja is actually good as Sahadev / Eagle and he gives his best to match the hype created around his character. Rest all characters only exist to glorify the hero and there aren't any strong antagonists to amplify the drama. Basically there are nobody to match Eagle and that alone doesn't help create enough intrigue for the sequel.
