Those who have been following my coverage of the Harlan Coben adaptations coming out of the garbage chute of Netflix are probably aware of how much I hate the writer and the streaming platform. For those who don’t, here’s a primer: I hate Coben and everything of his that’s been commissioned by Netflix. I hate the readers who have made his books famous. I also hate the people who watch these serialized adaptations so that more of Coben’s nonsensical books can be turned into shows. The only people I do not hate are the cast and crew who are in charge of turning Coben’s trash into something digestible. I know that their hearts aren’t in it. It’s pretty apparent that they are doing it because there’s an audience for this, which Netflix is going to milk until their enthusiasm runs dry, and...

Harlan Coben’s Netflix series, Caught follows the life of a journalist who is known for her integrity, her work ethic, and her resilience. She is the kind of person who doesn’t stop looking for the truth, even if the odds aren’t in her favor. So, let’s find out what happened when she was trying to track down a predator who targeted young girls, abused them, and, in many cases, made them meet their fateful end.
Spoiler Alert
Was Ema able to find the abuser?
Ema Garay, an investigative journalist who worked for the magazine Lado Bariloche, was trying to find the man she believed had abused a lot of girls in the past. According to what Ema had been able to find out, the abuser was an adult who used to prey upon underage girls. Ema believed that he was the one who had abused Camila Costa,...

If you can read this, you can also check out the latest Harlan Coben adaptation on Netflix. The popular and prolific author's latest novel-turned-series, Caught, was released on the streaming behemoth today, Wednesday, March 26, 2025. And with its arrival, so too, comes some insight from Coben himself on his other projects currently in the works, Runaway and I Will Find You.
In new reporting from Variety, Coben let a few details slip about the forthcoming projects. Namely, that the Minnie Driver, James Nesbitt, and Ruth Jones-starring Runaway is already in production in England, and that the Sam Worthington-frontedI Will Find You will begin shooting even sooner than you think! Unfortunately, the update did not include any details on his Myron Bolitar television series with equally-as-prolific (and beloved!) television creator David E. Kelley.
Speaking with Variety, the author explained that:

A new Harlan Coben Netflix show is now available to stream, and of course, tons of people are watching it to see what thrilling twists and mysteries unfold. It's an Argentinian thriller series called Caught or Atrapados in Spanish, and it marks the first Latin American adaptation of Coben's work.

But she soon finds her world turned upside down when she crosses paths with Leo Mercer, a well-respected community figure, who becomes the prime suspect in her investigation into the disappearance of a young woman. As Ema delves deeper into the case,...

Us Harlan Coben fans have been spoiled this month as not one, but two, of the author's stories have come to life and been adapted into television series. They join the long roster of Harlan Coben shows on Netflix right now. Earlier in the month, Just One Look, set in Poland, came out. And now it's almost time for Argentina-based drama, Caught to debut. Exactly when can you start watching?
Harlan Coben's Caught premieres Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 12 a.m. Pt on Netflix. There's a total of 6 episodes. Most of the author's works have been adapted into international titles, so you probably know by now that you can watch the upcoming show with either English subtitles or dubbed in English.
It's Spanish you'll hear if you go that route as the series is set in Argentina. And if you live there, then you'll be happy to know the streamer is available...

In an exclusive interview with Variety, bestselling author Harlan Coben sat down alongside director-showrunner Miguel Cohan (“No Return”) to drill down on the first Latin American Netflix adaptation of one of his multiple novels, “Caught,” (“Atrapados”).
Speaking on Zoom from Buenos Aires, Coben was full of praise for the work Cohan and his team had done on the mini-series adaptation for Netflix, set to debut worldwide on March 26. “What I love about this project is the idea of taking a novel by an American author and blending it with Argentine sensibilities – especially their incredible talent and unique settings,” he said.
He took a hands-off approach to the re-version, trusting them implicitly on their ability to adapt his work to an Argentine backdrop.
“I did not feel the need to interfere all that much but I did really want Soledad Villamil for the lead from day one,” he noted of the...

After a handful of weeks without only a few new shows released each week, we're in for one of the most jam-packed weeks of the year so far. Heading into the spring season, there are so many exciting and high-profile series debuts and multiple comebacks that fans have been waiting years for. You'll be laughing, crying, and on the edge of your seat all throughout the last week of March.
For the first time since late January, there is no new episode of Severance season 2, as the hit Apple TV+ thriller dropped its game-changing finale last week. But we do have a just-announced third season to look forward to in the future. This week also promises new episodes of The White Lotus season 3 (after That moment), Surface, and Hulu's new hit Good American Family.

Netflix is taking it easy on us this week, as they're only adding eight new shows this week. Maybe the old adage is right after all: March comes in like a lion and goes out like a made-for-streaming rom-com. I'm pretty sure that's it.
Reality shows, true crime stories, stand-up comedy - they're all standard fare for your favorite streaming service. Unless they're paying top dollar for someone like Dave Chapelle, all of these shows cost quite a bit less than, say, a $320 million critical disaster that viewers love. For what it's worth, I think the critics were primed to hate the movie before they saw the first minute.
So that's exactly what we're getting this week. There's also a new Harlan Coben adaptation, a light and semi-breezy rom-com, and a new show that Bridgerton fans will absolutely want to check out. Best of all - at least to me...

As the original streaming service, Netflix has continued to raise the bar with its various shows. From Stranger Things to Squid Game, the platform never fails to offer viewers compelling and bingeworthy narratives. While audiences have some time until the aforementioned shows return, there are still plenty of other entertaining shows arriving in March.
With a brand-new reality series from a member of the British royal family as well as plenty of mystery thrillers, the streaming platform has a host of shows audiences won’t want to miss. Whether viewers want to laugh, be inspired, or lose themselves in a twisted story, Netflix has a show for their respective moods. No matter what type of series viewers are looking for, the streaming platform has something for them next month.

Following a jam-packed month of new releases on Netflix in February, there's a new month upon us. If you're still trying to make your way through the previous month's top titles, such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Sweet Magnolias season 4, Zero Day, and Running Point, it's time to speed up your binge-watching in order to catch up in time for a new crop of bingeable Netflix shows.
After starting the year on a strong foot with a new Harlan Coben show, Netflix doubles down in March 2025 with not one but two new shows from the TV hitmaker. On top of those two titles that bookend March, the streamer also offers plenty more exciting series, including a sexy dating reality show, a chilling limited series, a juicy new show from Shonda Rhimes, and the comeback of an underrated rom-com.

We've known for a while that Caught (also known as Atrapados) would be the next of Coben's shows coming to Netflix, thanks to updates from the mystery author himself. We just didn't know it would be in the same quarter as Missing You. Two Harlan Coben Netflix shows in one quarter? We aren't complaining!
Caught release date
Caught premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, March 26, according to Coben, who announced the release date on Twitter/X. That's where Coben shares a ton of updates about his projects, so give him a follow if you want to stay up to date.
In addition to the premiere date, Coben also shared the first teaser trailer of the new series.

During its Next on Netflix event, the streamer unveiled plenty of news for its Latin American markets, including a new Anitta documentary and the premiere date for “El Eternauta,” its ambitious adaptation of the Argentinian sci-fi graphic novel of the same name.
In Brazil, it was revealed that an intimate new documentary on Anitta, the country’s biggest pop star, is currently in production. “Larissa: The Other Side of Anitta” is set to premiere this year. Watch a teaser below.
“This is the first time the public will get to see the Larissa that exists behind Anitta, without any filters,” Anitta said in a statement. “I gave so much of myself for Anitta to exist. Moments of connection with myself became increasingly rare and brief. But this came at a high cost – physically and mentally. Missing You is one of Netflix's most popular shows at the moment. With all five episodes of the mystery thriller dropping nearly a week ago, most viewers have already binge-watched them all. Now, they're left wondering if a new batch of episodes will be released soon in a Missing You season 2.
Unfortunately, this will not happen. Like all of Harlan Coben's previous Netflix shows, Missing You is a limited series. This means it was designed to be a self-contained series with a complete story told within a single season. While some may argue that the show ended in a way where more story could be told, that's just not going to happen. The mystery thriller pretty much ended the same way the Missing You book did.
However, don't feel sad! Harlan Coben has several new Netflix series in the works that'll fill the void. In fact, one of...

Netflix's newest Harlan Coben show, Missing You, will not be the streaming service's last adaptation of a Harlan Coben novel. In 2018, Harlan Coben signed a multimillion-dollar deal with Netflix (via Deadline). The deal includes Netflix adapting 14 of Harlan Coben's books into TV shows. So far, Netflix has made eight Harlan Coben TV shows, with Harlan Coben as the executive producer. There are a few more of Coben's books that Netflix plans to adapt. Most recently, Netflix adapted Missing You, based on Harlan Coben's novel of the same name.
Netflix's Missing You has a diverse cast of characters and a thrilling plot with many twists and turns. Missing You's ending is a jaw-dropping finale that wraps up the show's storylines. Similarly to Netflix's other adaptations of Harlan Coben's books, Netflix made big changes in their adaptation of Missing You. While some of these changes improved the narrative, some were not great.
