Atresmedia Cine and Buena Vista International have announced their collaboration as producers and distributors for the upcoming feature film, “A Morte Nos Teus Ollos.” Directed by Guillermo de Oliveira and produced by Sideral and Sétima, this film marks de Oliveira’s second feature following his 2019 debut “Sad Hill Unearthed.”
The production, which will commence this fall, is set to hit Spanish theaters in 2026, distributed by Buena Vista International. Based on a 1994 true story, “A Morte Nos Teus Ollos” turns on two agents of the Vigo national police who murdered a businessman, his wife, their eldest daughter and their housekeeper for a meager 20 million pesetas, or $160,000 at the time. The events happened only a few yards from Oliveira’s own house in Nigrán.
