Absolute garbage. This film is exactly that. This movie doesn't provide anything new. Everything about this movie, including the acting, directing, and screenplay, is a total catastrophe. This type of movie has a very good reason for being called garbage. Who will appreciate it if it is released? Every movie aims to amuse while also creating memories for its audience. However, films of this nature are the reason other films fail. For even when quality films are released, people will still despise the film industry as a whole. It is preferable to discourage this kind of narrative and guidance. Although making a movie may be their goal, a strong story and script are essential for a successful film.
This is a dull movie and a terrible waste of time.

This was one of my free rentals from Dish. Thinking it was a Mad Max sequel. I wasted a whole month of a free movie on this piece of trash. Whoever wrote the last review. Was either full of s*** or very much satirical.
I could not even watch more than 10 minutes of this. Stopped it and I had one more day to watch it, so I tried to watch it again but could not. I'm supposed to write six hundred words on this piece of junk and i'm running out of things to say, it's just bad, bad, bad. I've got another a hundred and two words to continue this review. But I am running out of bad things to say so I guess I'll just quit.

I just finished watching Furiosa and thought this was a spinoff from the same production, therefore I purchased it. I had two movies to watch, so you can understand how frustrating it is that I saved this for last only to realise this was like one those movies written in less than a week and recorded within a day. 10 minutes into the movie, I finally realised that I wasting my time. I didn't complete the movie. My advice is "don't even start the movie." It a fake. Poor roleplay and storyline. Apart from the fancy camera, every other aspect of this movie is garbage. I would've given it a -11 stars if it were up to me.
Sitting down to watch the 2024 movie "Road Wars: Max Fury", I wasn't in doubt of this being a mockbuster from The Asylum. Lo and behold, my expectation were spot on. Yeah, this is indeed an archetypical mockbuster from The Asylum that cashes in on the release of another major movie, and in this case "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga" was the movie.
Needless to say that I wasn't holding my breath for this being a great movie, as the vast majority of movies spewed out by The Asylum are questionable at best. And with the headlining name being Vernon Wells, let's just say that things weren't exactly amounting up for anything grand.
Writer and director Mark Atkins put together a fair enough script. Sure, it wasn't stellar entertainment, but it was watchable enough for a single viewing. But the whole thing was definitely reeking of being a watered down attempt of making a "Mad Max" movie.
Of the entire cast ensemble, I was only familiar with Vernon Wells, and he isn't exactly a great actor in my opinion, delivering wooden performances and staggering dialogue. The acting in the movie, aside from Wells, was actually fairly adequate.
Visually, the movie was okay. I've seen far worse effects in other movies from The Asylum. So this step up in visual presentation and effects definitely added something to the overall impression of the movie.
While I did manage to sit through the entire movie, I was only mildly entertained. And "Road Wars: Max Fury" is definitely not a movie that I will return to watch a second time, nor really a movie that I would recommend you to waste 83 minutes on watching.
My rating of the mockbuster that is "Road Wars: Max Fury" lands on a four out of ten stars.

I watched this thinking it was a spin-off show related to the Mad Max movie-series, but as it went on, I thought it had to be the pilot since it was so long. As I continued watching, I got the impression it might be a parody like "Scary Movie," only to be disappointed again. My last hope was that it would turn out to be an erotic movie with too much plot, which would have also been bad since I watched it with my family. But even that hope was destroyed, as the plot, characters, writing, and acting were on the level of what a Warboy might come up with after spraying his face with chrome. IMMORTAN!
