Excellent short film with a twist.

"Wreckless" comes at the issue of alcohol abuse from an unexpected perspective. I was impressed with the unconventional structure of the story and how it reveals a woman and how she is trying to process some of the choices she's made in her life. The character of Lucy was played with the right amount of disorientation and shielded vulnerability, and the rest of the cast showed great skill at creating interesting characters that you might see at a 12-step style meeting like this. I think the final shots of Lucy staring out the door at her boyfriend effectively said everything that needed to be said, and really pulled the film together. Nicely done!

Love it

Omgggg I love it so much I really like the style of the movie, the way the actors play the role, the special effects and the story of the movie is very incredible and so important to watch it.

I really like the theme chosen in the movie and the way it was shown, and how important it is to understand what to do in life and that every action affects our lives This movie makes you think about life and the role of the actors incredibly showed that you experience every second of it.

The team made an incredible story, revealed each actor and their problems and how they cope with them so much that it makes you think a lot.

Excellent

This is excellent storytelling. Love the subtlety with a very impactful message. Jennifer A Goodman gives a subtle, intuitive and natural performance. I genuinely cared about what happened to this character. Beautiful and thoughtful cinematography by Ryan Atkins. The story itself is intriguing, too. A worst nightmare type of situation portrayed on screen, leaving the audience with a feeling of being called to action. Interesting supporting characters who build out the world, and surprise us in the end. I loved the twist. No spoilers. 10/10 for this short, which effectively and concisely left a strong and important message.

Thought provoking and fun

I really enjoyed this short! The ating was great. It was captivating. I don't want to allude to any spoilers, so I'll just say I left thinking more about alcohol's impact on people and their family. You can really feel the characters fear and confusion from being in an AA meeting for the first time, and the commitment it takes to push through. Its a story line which I relate to, and I think could help people empathize. This short could easily be a full movie, and I look forward to see what the writers have planned for it. Exciting ending. I left wanting to see more! Highly reccomend, it's a fun thriller.

Wreckless is wicked awesome!

Wreckless is an amazing watch! The storyline moves, and keeps you hooked. For being a short film, it's jam packed with twist and turns that you don't see coming, but that keep the story fresh and elevated. The writing captures the audience's interest from the start and doesn't let them down.

The actors were believable and authentic. I think each one added an interesting perspective, supporting the dynamics of the lead's inner world. Lucy was played with vulnerability and strength, her final moment was... well you just gotta see it... but powerful.

Great project - I would absolutely recommend!
