This is literally the most overrated television show I have ever seen, it's overly violent, over sexualization, cruelty, filled with the most vile things you can imagine- just plain trash, I'm not one to say I hate many films or television shows because it's not my place to yuck someone's yum but I will gladly say I hate this show with a passion, and I watched all of it from season one to seven, thinking it would get better because I saw how much everyone loved it but I can't stand it. Literally every character in this show is terrible, if you like this show good for you but it's definitely not for me and seeing the way this show was I definitely won't be checking out the spin off show. Genuinely wish I can give it a lower rating than 1 star, if I could I'd give this a -0 stars. After watching this I've decided I'm officially done believing what other people/ reviewers say because most of the time I've checked stuff out that critics/ people love this happens. Start making your own opinions on things!

Is it the best movie? No- could it have been better? Yes in many ways- but the movie still wasn't bad I'm not gonna lie I cried, it gets pretty sad but I must say that with all the behind the scenes drama with the cast it kinda ruined the movie, (I think everyone is tired of the drama from this movie tbh.) now I know a lot of people say the book was better but I've never actually read the novel only watched the film. It was shot beautifuly and the acting was really good, it spreads a good and hopeful message about getting away from domestic violence and surviving through it, it wasn't a bad movie though it could of been much better but as I've mentioned all the behind the scenes drama kinda ruined the entire movie experience.

Gonna admit - I had never seen Dexter and I only started watching this show for Sarah Michelle Gellar, but it's actually really good and I've been getting into the Dexter franchise as of late because of this show. From the moment I started this show I couldn't stop it's that good and apparently so is the original series, they don't really make many TV shows like this anymore so it's nice to watch this new series, all the performances are actually really good, Patrick Dempsey, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Christian Slater all do an amazing job and so does the rest of the cast, I honestly wish Sarah Michelle had more screentime because from the trailers and the marketing I thought she would of had at least a little more screentimr, it's still such a good TV show, I highly suggest watching it and giving it your own opinion. We definitely need Sarah Michelle Gellar back in movies and TV shows more.
