The double feature presentation is amazing. Both films were purposely filmed with low quality clarity to give it more of an old time look. They were also filmed to portray an actual double feature feel. They had some previews and things like that for other movies (not real ones
) before they started, and between them.
Planet Terror was the first film. It was about a certain military division deploying an infectious gas. Some people were immune to it, and they were the ones that had to fight it off. There were tons of ridicules little quips that were really funny. It was also filled with ridicules things happening that normally would never happen. Really no different than any other Robert Rodriguez film. He basically takes everything that can happen, and puts an exclamation point on the end of them. It was very gory, and I loved it.
Death Proof was the second film. It was about a retired stuntman who, for some reason, has a very interesting definition of entertainment. This one had the best/craziest car chase scene I've ever seen, and I can almost guarantee it was the best/craziest one ever filmed. It was VERY entertaining.
This double feature was strictly filmed for entertainment purposes. The dialog, and previews of coming attractions, and the camera shots were written to be offensive and shocking, as well as ridicules and funny. If you like to be entertained, and are the kind of person who doesn't take offense to much, this one's for you. I loved it!

An oldie, but goodie all the same! There really was nothing special about this one. But, the story was great, and the way the director told the story was great. There were lots of questions left open by the end of the film, but for some reason you don't think to ask them. Some of the things the director has the actors talk about in the movie are the reason why you don't think to ask the unanswered questions. He did that quite nicely. You know that the people in the film don't know what the answer is, so it not being explained is okay somehow
It was about a little town in Nevada, called Perfection. Two guys decide to leave the town, but on their way out they start finding people dead. Now they need to find out who (what
) is killing all the people.
The two main characters are perfect. There character development was done very well, and by the end of the film you feel like you know them personally. Very good film! Give it a try!

Scary scary
I love me some Asian horror
American horror films always just have jumpy scary parts that give you an adrenaline rush for about a split second. Asian horror really doesn't have jumpy
They pay more attention to scaring you in a way that lingers and builds up the more you think about it
This one is a pretty simple story of a Mom/Musician with a lingering guilty conscience. For some reason, things start to go all wrong for her. She can't seem to get the job she wants. One of her students tells her that she's not a good instructor. Plus, she starts having some issues at home when her husband hires a house keeper.
The way the story was told was very creepy And some of the events that happen are just down right disturbing. But, that's not to uncommon in Asian horror If you like horror films DON'T miss this one! It's great.
