This show is a great pick me up amidst stressful times. It's actually quite funny, witty, great acting and lighthearted. Mindy Kaling keeps killing it with her shows. A little on the predictable side but very coherent and executed well enough. I rarely binge but this show doesn't drag and is easily watchable, good enough cliffhangers per episode. Really hope Netflix doesn't drop this one. Love the resurgence of Brenda Song too.
Need to fill up the minimum required characters, so just going to mention how I love Mindy Kaling's humor here - she isn't afraid to throw out bold jokes that never feels too insensitive.

I just finished the entire show and am sitting here in pure wonder, shock, sadness.... Just dont really know how to move forward given the gravity of the story I witnessed. I feel like I lived all of their lives... all of their grievances, relationships, happiness, mistakes... the character development in this story was just insane. I was truly amazed at how they handled the amount of protagonists introduced and the ever increasing complex plot lines. It started off with just battling class disparity but then ended with essentially a fight for humanity against a God like being. Many shows try to be as ambitious (Game of Thrones?), but few succeed. Arcane managed to accomplish in 2 seasons and 18 episodes what all these
shows could never even do in 3 or more seasons. Incredible all around - animation, cinematography, dialogue, plot, characters.... one of the best shows of all time.
Extremely fun to watch, we don't get a lot of asian content like this. Acting could be improved by the under stars, but the plot, cinematography, comedy and soundtrack are very good. I get that it wasn't the best show ever, but Netflix needs to stop becoming a TV show graveyard. It's extremely frustrating watching something they release, fall in love with it, and then get it cancelled. The hole left by the feelings you got from the show never quite gets filled and the ache for more never dulls. I seriously hope another network or streaming service picks it up. The cast deserved better, and Netflix needs to start measuring potential somehow instead of obsessing for overnight success. Just look at The Witcher - overnight success turned into failure.
