The story is fairly good. This movie is full of very young Netflix actors and and miscast in several roles. This isn't the Outer Banks lol. The directing is fair to good and some of the action is good in parts but as a whole is not even close to believable. I think with the right actors this movie could have been better. The main flaw is the lead actor and he thinks he's in Outer Banks, which he was good in just not good in this movie. He's the wrong look for a military man. I like the North Korean idea on tension. Honestly at times the actions of the soldiers makes our military look bad even though I do not think they wanted that. The military advisors failed in this movie!

One of the most exciting parts of this movie is to see what the people of that time went through. This movie shows those perspectives from different angles. The cinematography is stunning. Great color. Really it was extremely cruel back then and that is depicted on the screen. Some similarities maybe the movie The Revenant. This is a story based film with action not an action film that has very little story. Each character is fully developed and real. The plot twists and turns but still easy to follow. I honestly felt the passion of the story and the characters as they played out. Kind of like what I would do if I was there. Thr movie is long but still kept me interested.

This movie is not as bad as some of these reviews. Its a very good story but doesn't hold up. The story takes far too long to develop. It has a very low scare factor except for a few areas. It is made out to ve a horror film but its really a family issue story with horror at the end. I like the cast. Effects are so so. I don't know why James Waan produced this. Maybe he should have directed it. Just ok and not a waste of money. Released a pool.movie in winter not very good. The best part of this movie was the baseball part. Some of the horror part seems to have been done before. This movie is disappointing overall.
