Stop looking. This is it. This is the movie.
From what I understand Harland made this mostly on his own with friends on the weekends over a span of years. There is next to no budget. And it's hilarious like a live action cartoon. If you love Harland Williams you will love this.
It is required of me to write more. So here are more words about this film which I watched on the internet. You will have to search for it on youtube. It is broken up into two parts.
More movies should be made like this it is the best greatest movie I have ever seen and I would give it 30 more characters to go, end yes.

Don't understand the low rating. This movie is hilarious. Other reviews sound pretty snobby.
It's a great ensemble cast of character actors. It's not just about Hanks. They slap Hanks all over the cover but don't be mistaken this is an ensemble movie. Charles Durning, Dabney Coleman (who's great in it), Carrie Fisher (in leopard print panties and bra), Tom Noonan, Gerrit Graham, and it goes on.
Lots of slapstick, and the way some of the jokes connect from different interwoven character narratives remind me of some of the sillier episodes of Seinfeld.
The soundtrack is phenomenal and reminds me of Tangerine Dream. It's a fun, cool movie. Give it a shot. Ignore the people who don't get it.

Surprised to see soo many negative reviews. This is a good popcorn movie. It delivers what the trailer promised. Shipwrecked on earth 65 million years ago a man and child must travel a rough terrain filled with dangerous obstacles and... dinosaurs! It's fun has a dash of humor, and pretty tense throughout. Criticisms I've read seemed silly. I've read lines from other reviewers saying things like, "This doesn't look like the cretaceous period!" Or "That's not how dinosaurs behave!" I have no idea what these people were expecting. This is not a ground breaking film nor is it a masterpiece. This is what it is. A survival movie with dinosaurs and I enjoyed it. It's not Jurassic Park, but it was better than Jurassic World Dominion.
