First time I saw this movie I would have 12 or 13 years, traveling in a school bus, and already at that time left me shocked by the ridiculousness of its argument, the poorness of the special effects and the sense of absurdity that remained. For that reason, now many years later, I have watched it again with almost childish curiosity and I cannot but agree on what I already thought at that time. Not even the memories of childhood makes it even slightly attractive or makes it transmit something positive. Do not waste a minute of your life in this.
