I must say it is an amazing show. The sets which are been shown are so contemporary and seem real. The star cast includes Rati Pandey, Aditya Redij, Laksh Lalwani, Suhani Dhanki, Rohit Purohit, Sameskha and many more. Thus the show has a very strong stellar cast. The special effects and VFX used in the show are of highest technology. The show has very beautiful title montage as well, the same type of montage was used in Shivam song of Baahubali 2. The costumes of the characters are also intriguing. The show is been shot in Thailand. All the actors have a very good screen presence. The is made with a huge a huge budget of 500 crores which is commendable; its by far the most expensive show on Indian television. I think Indian audiences should watch shows like Porus.
The first shot shows Barun's character, Advay Singh Raizada, saving a puppy, and proclaiming to the world that he has no time for love and innocence in his life.
The episode had unnecessary melodrama, a random dance number, and a number of women dressed in saris so bright it could stop traffic. The female lead, Chandni (Shivani Tomar's character) has a deep dark past, but Advay's past is apparently a complete monster compared to Chandni's, and he holds her responsible for the death of his parents.
The episode would have had more clarity had the writer not tried to cram so much information in a 24-minute show.
The performances are decent enough. But the show's ultimate test would be when the leads, Barun and Shivani, share some screen space together, which they obviously didn't in the pilot. Too soon, probably.

Piya Alebla does look very fresh and has a sense of uniqueness of its own.
The mystery of how the concept is going to be implemented is already present and it is even more intriguing to see a present day go up against the mythology.
Both the male and female protagonists Akshay Mhatre as Naren and Sheen Dass as Pooja are new and give fresh vibe to the story. And not just that we just cant take off our minds from the title track of the show which is so so catchy.
The story till now is about a guy called Naren who is very down to earth and interested in nature and helping people. However this just does not go well with his father who wants him to look after the family business and take care of his responsibilities. Amidst all of this enters Pooja who is a middle class girl hired by Naren's father to get him back to line while he gives her money to save her house from being auctioned. Well this just gets more interesting s to what Pooja will do to get Naren back on track.
