Hard to believe this is directed by Hansal Mehta, man known for scam 1992.
Come on, you are making a movie on underworld, where is the thrill? And what a waste of Deven Bhojani, such a talented actor from Office office.
The dialogues and the story could not keep me interested even beyond second episode. Its jumbled story flow, underdeveloped characters , and lack of a consistent tone make it a challenging watch for anyone seeking a satisfying narrative experience. One of the major issues plaguing "Scoop" is its lack of character development. The main characters remain one-dimensional throughout the series, making it nearly impossible to connect with or invest in their journeys. I'd give 2 stars and will say directors to not get paid reviews.

Good acting by Faahad and other characters. This is my 6-7th Malyalam movie and I've completely stopped watching Bollywood.
It was a simple life story where we can connect to our lives. The way Fahad's Gopal ji supported him, was wonderful. First half was poetic and cinematography is beautiful. Already in love with Kerala.
Towards the second half, movie takes a turn and shows more acceptance of life. It's a must watch with family and we need to make more movies like this.
Faahad as an actor was phenomenal. The direction was superb, the humourous punches were spot on.
I think every one from non malyali crowd must watch this movie because they will enjoy it.

For starters, I do not understand why some of the reviewers give 1 star to this film, may be they very high expectation with the movie.
I saw the movie on Amazon Prime, and it just felt like a fresh air. Although, the story was simple, yet the director keeps you engaged with different turns of the movie.
Faahad and the actress, did justice with their characters. Others added humour with dialogues and lastly, the movie has a beautiful message of how if we want, only one person can uplift the society, how we can change families by literacy.
To be frank, I do not understand Malyalam but this is not my first malyalam movie and it was worth the time I spent, with it's emotions and story. Faahad, was wonderful, the movie deserves at least 8 stars.
Do watch it to feel better about life!
