I loved the first and second season of The white lotus. The pacing was nice, the mood was beautifully set with music and mythology. I loved the characters and their stories and there was stuff happening. The third season however has a pacing issue in my opinion. Right now I am on the second episode and both episodes were very, very boring. Most of the characters are really unlikable. The characters that were unlikable in the first two seasons were at least fun. The ones in the 3rd season are just unlikable and have no redeeming qualities. I hope something good happens in the third episode, because I am slowly loosing my patience. Also I have a complaint about the theme song. Loved the first two iterations in the previous seasons, but this one isn't as good at all. I would rate the first 2 seasons with an 8 and this season with a 5. If the season gets better I will come back and edit this review. If not-you will know;)

The movie felt confusing, strange dialogue, which wasn't that good. The scenes with Antonio felt overacted for the movie. I did not feel invested and couldn't connect emotionally to any of the characters. I kept waiting for the thriller part of the movie, but it never came, which was also confusing. I did not enjoy the movie and felt second hand embarrassment for Nicole. Some scenes felt overstretched with no need for it. All in all, I would't recommend you go see it in cinema. And maybe I wouldn't recommend you see it at all. I was expecting way more from the movie, but there have been many flops in the recent years, even though they contain top actors and actresses.

Bad dialogue, bad writing. Turning of the camera on its head for a scene in each episode gets really old really fast and is quite annoying. The acting isn't great either. Especially by Chopra and Madden. Another thing that bothered me were video game-like heavy action scenes where the people and vehicles look like they are animated. Sometimes it feels like they are trying too hard to copy other good spy movies like James Bond and Bourne.. Would not recommend. All in all an underwhelming spy series which really disappointed me. After seeing the trailer I was really looking forward to seeing it, bit now I feel like it wasted my time..
