An Influencer is a model that works for a company to sell that companies items. Nothing less, nothing more. That's it period. You are a model so why is the word Influencer even being used here? It has become apparent that no one using the title of Influencer knows what it means and now Hollywood is neck deep in the same Balogana.
I think this is a great Sci-Fi flick that brings to light some very interesting questions. It is not a 10 star film by any means and Keanu Reeves is not at his best. In fact I could feel very little emotion from Keanu in this film and longed for his Matrix days as an actor.
However that aside the film brings to light some very interesting ethical questions we might some day have to ask ourselves. It also shines a light on things not yet thought of when someone goes down the road of copying themselves into artificial bodies whether biological or not.
In the end I did manage to enjoy the movie and look at it from a technological point of view. I also felt that everyone in the film was more believable then Reeves who seems to have lost his touch with age. Reeves fans might need to skip this one but for Sci-Fi fans its a must.

This film was one of the most inspiring films of the 90's and inspired me
to go on and become part of the computer industry later in life. You cannot
watch this today and do a review of it. You are dealing with special effects
from 1992. The explosion of trolls on IMDB has destroyed any possible usage
or the rating system here so I decided to do this review.
In 1992 when I saw this film it inspired me so much I set the goal of trying to obtain as much of this fiction as I could in the real world. Inspirational films do not get anymore inspirational then that. I attended college and later went into Information Technology. The story and plot of this movie is amazing. If you want special effects then you're out of luck, not because they didn't do special effects but because it's 1992.
This movie accurately predicts human kinds move towards Apotheosis whether the creators meant to do this or not. It also accurately predicts using computer systems to overcome handicaps people are born with or obtain in life. The film also predicted smart glasses in an almost spooky manner. We are't even finished developing the smart glasses that are portrayed in the film. I find it amazing that they did so and with such accuracy.
The creators of this film initially tried to tie it to Stephen Kings "The Lawnmower Man" but were later sued in court by King who stated it did not accurately reflect his version of the story. I have to agree with king this plots are very different. Even if the writer took note from King it just is not the same story as his.
Lastly, if you watch this movie expecting an inspiring futuristic movie from 1992 you will enjoy the movie. If you expect it to have special effects from 2018 then you are going to be upset. I have no idea why anyone today can watch these films from 1992 and expect effects from the present, that is pure idiocy.
