Perspective
Syed Bashir, a redheaded Pakistani, meets Carlos Pedro Panther, a dance-loving don, in Muscat to retrieve a reel containing secret information about Indian officials. The reel has been circulating globally. Carlos's associate, Jagawar, encounters Laila in India, who has the reel after killing her husband. Laila negotiates with Carlos for the reel in exchange for an undisclosed item.
Interpol officer Mahavir Ahuja informs the Delhi police about Jagawar's plot against India with foreign influence and suggests they need a skilled cop—Ravi Kumar.
Ravi Kumar, known for his unorthodox methods and defiance of orders, was suspended twice due to insubordination. He is the nephew of Jagawar and had killed his son, Sooraj, who raped and murdered a woman. Suspicion fell on Ravi for Sooraj's death, leading to his suspension.
Ravi's father died by suicide, and his brother, now appearing in Ravi's dreams, made him promise to care for their family. Ravi's first love, Madhubala, is Laila's sister. In Muscat, Ravi, along with agents Nisha, Rana, and Raja, encounters various enemies, including Raftaar Khan and Carlos.
Ravi survives a shootout, steals a valuable necklace, and rekindles his romance with Madhubala. Carlos kidnaps her, leading Ravi to Carlos's den. Ravi kills Carlos after learning he was behind his family's tragedies. In the post-credits scene, Carlos's brother, Carlis Pedro Panter vows revenge, but Ravi remains confident.
