My reasoning would be that if they shoot it portrait/tall then they have to hold the phone the normal way to watch it and it appears bigger, wide means you have to turn it and it makes the video look smaller because the height is lower and more dead space to the side.

I remember AFV used to tell people to turn their phones so it'd be widescreen to fit TVs lol

Most people just seem to always forget that their phone's resolution is much higher than what their puny little screen can show. Plus, if they don't like the empty space: crop it out later. My phone a can record in 8K if I choose it. Though it takes around 200mb for every 30 seconds.

Just got the email today that my replacement disc is on the way. Started the process in mid-late Feb... lol! Now here's hoping the disc doesn't show up scratched.

I do not want to deal with the disc replacement so luckily, I just bought the last copy sealed with the yellow UPC code on E-Bay so if anyone do not want to do the disc replacement, you can try looking for the yellow UPC code on E-Bay

I tried Amazon twice and kept getting the original version, then I tried Target and got a yellow version. The pictures here showed a big yellow UPC sticker on the case but what I got was just a more toned down yellow on the back artwork. Like how the Star Trek movies were doing purple for updated versions with 4K codes instead of HDX.

I'm just now learning about the error on the 4K. The case for replacement disc features a YELLOW U.P.C.? Is that correct?

That is correct. I received the original UPC and sent it back to Amazon. Although, someone did mention receiving the corrected version without the yellow UPC. It’s a toss up and I guess the only way to know for sure is to check the disc.

My replacement disc came from Paramount after 6 months and it was scratched all to hell. I knew it was pointless to reach out to them again. Hoping for closure one of these days.

Thank you for commenting. Truth be told, I haven't even opened my copy of Titanic on 4K. My plan is simple: Buy three copies from Amazon...and keep ONE -- one with a yellow U.P.C.

I got multiple from Amazon and they were all the white UPC, I got one off Target and it was yellow. The original ones were just a new UPC sticker on the plastic but now it was the color of the actual UPC.

I noticed the yellow UPC version has a little bit of the ship cut off at the bottom and the white UPC has more of the top cut off.
