Its strange because I have regularly spent £30 on a single movie before - although less so recently - and regularly ~£25-30 for Arrow LEs, but £60 for two seasons of InuYasha in today’s flash deal seems insane to me even though I spent the same amount on Police Story 1-3. Maybe it means I’m getting smarter? (although maybe not as I’m gonna get Second Sight’s The Nice Guys 4K LE). Or its just that I think of my purchases in terms of ‘am I getting a complete story?’. If I grab Spy X Family that’ll be the first time I’ve bought a show that hasn’t finished its run I wish they’d bring back the Space Dandy complete series standard set - right now you can only get S1 on Blu and S2 LE on DVD. My HMV order was cancelled after 6 weeks cause they said their supplier wouldn’t give them any more. |

I'd like to upgrade Inuyasha from the horribly encoded US editions, but the 25 pound shipping to the USA is a real deal killer. Are they offering free shipping international if you spend a certain amount? I couldn't find anything like that on their page.

It's 25 pounds to Australia too which pretty much matches up with shipping from Crunchyroll US for me.

Yep, pretty poor stuff. Have a few bits in the basket with the 15% off voucher ready to go, and have been waiting for each flash sale in the hope there’s something else I want before I pull the trigger, so for the same one to be there yet again isn’t great.

Yeah its straight up broken because the page for it still says ‘this item on flash sale until 5pm 15th of April’ and we’re now on the 17th, its not like they just decided to put it up all week

Already got those added here, including Woodpecker Detective's Office and Iwa-Kakeru! -Sport Climbing Girls- to the UK section where they weren't there before.
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/movie...=recentlyadded Those two and Ex-Arm are titles AL is distributing for Crunchyroll given the CR logos on the top of the boxes, and it looks like those are LE-only here. I can still never figure out what's going on with that given the Crunchyroll, LLC rebrandng should have cut the distribution deals off, not that I'm complaining. I had lost all hope for Iwa-Kakeru! -Sport Climbing Girls-, but now it's here, and we're getting the booklets from the Japanese release. Definitely going to be getting that. I'm also planning on double dipping on the UK-only standard edition for the key art. |

Announced in October, so it's been 7 months.
https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/new...-blood/.217191 I don't follow UK anime release news closely, but doesn't Anime Limited often take a while to put stuff out? Heck, that Tokyo Marble Chocolate US release was first announced 2.5 years ago, and we got a Standard Edition instead of a Collector's Edition. https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/new...e-blu-/.192053 |

The Scotland Loves Anime 2024 and Annecy 2024 interviews are exclusive to the UK/DE/IT release, whereas GKIDS has the Garden of Remembrance short film. German CE and Italian LE have the bonus disc and OST. I'll probably grab the German CE. Last edited by NLScavenger; 05-08-2025 at 07:00 PM. |

Hmm, what's the short film about? Was about to import the GKIDS version, Not really into steelbooks, but I would really like an OST disc, so maybe should also go for the German CE...

It's a 17 minute silent short film, same director and studio as the main feature. Haven't seen it myself, so don't know what it's about. German CE is a digipack.
