Very heavily so, just like Carrie Fisher. In fact, their lifestyle choices and personalities were identical.

I wouldn’t call 28-30 years of age old. She did look about 40, though.

I think Batmon77 was referring to the cameo appearance of Noel Neill, the old Lois Lane, onboard the speeding locomotive which young Clark races past, not the looks of Ms. Kidder.

I'm not sure if there are any remaining original elements to the 1950s series that would warrant an HD upgrade, or if the studio would go to the expense. They couldn't even be bothered to clean up the Main Title sequence for the color seasons on the the DVD sets! I would love to be proven wrong.

Agree. I saw this the other day on Target’s website (So I added it to the database). My heart sank as I realized we probably weren’t getting a blu-ray version this year. Maybe we still have a chance for Lois and Clark?

I wonder of they'll pull a "Captain Planet " and release a Blu-ray set six months later? Maybe a year.

Lois & Clark: TNAOS is one that I would get Day One.

With a new Superman movie coming out it’s the perfect time to release Lois & Clark. Hopefully on blu-ray and not just dvd.

I'm hoping this new DVD release sells so well they will.

I Pre-Ordered this even though I own the original releases from years ago just to help show support for this and I guess these will be new pressings and my old discs are getting old!

I have my fingers crossed for a news release in April for my Birthday that a Blu Ray release is coming this year. I'd be happy just to learn they are working on it for next year!

I know that they’ve changed Superman to be more global by removing ‘the American Way’ from his slogan, but this is ingrained in each episode in the opening credits. Why is WB afraid to put it on the back of the case?(it just mentions ‘truth and justice’) When you watch it, you are going to hear it. They should have wrote it on the package IMO.

Had no idea they were doing a new set. Definitely gonna have to get it since I don't have this series. Hopefully they do the same for the Superboy.

Hopefully some day they'll do Blu sets for this and Lois & Clark. Will happily upgrade.

i was really hoping AOS would have come out on Blu-ray. Its good to see it has a Set-Box but Blu-ray would have been better.
