Getting to see Lobo is a dream come true and having the guts to cast Mamoa after he already played Aquaguy is inspired because Mamoa is basically the spitting image of Lobo way more than he looks anything like Aquaguy. This honestly reminds me of Chris Evans getting Cap after he already played Johnny Storm.

Haha logic would say yes. Yet it seems just being under a yellow sun does not heal her or Supes right away.

I wouldn't worry too much.

[Show spoiler]I have a feeling Supergirl's appearance in Superman put a joke first - gotta get to calling Superman a "*****" - and any thought about her actual character a distant second. I am not thinking Gunn's sensibilities will wind up being as prominent in the Supergirl movie.

Kara DOES get drunk in the story her movie will be based on, but, yeah, I sure don't recall her STILL being drunk when she gets to another planet. I mean, forget about the yellow sun.... she didn't sober up flying back from an entirely different solar system?

I don't know if I even considered her "drunk" - the other option is she's just an *******, which she is not in the Tom King comic. Well... not like THAT anyway.

Otherwise, it does not make much sense.

And let's not even get into whether it's safe for her to drink-and-fly.
