Brunch with purpose—warm vegetable salad in a deep bowl, filled with cabbage, carrot, onion, broccoli, okra, and wakame, all lifted by my go-to sanbaizu. A hearty portion to fuel the day ahead.

The usual miso soup with napa cabbage, leek, spinach, konjac, and sardines, bringing depth and balance.

Finished with sweet potato drizzled in perilla oil and a well-matched coffee. A strong start to the day.
