Semba-jiru, also microwave-friendly: canned mackerel simmered with dried napa & cabbage, and green onions. 🍲🐟 A warm veggie salad, made in the microwave: broccoli, onion, & carrots—dressed in classic sanbaizu dressing. 🥦🧅🥕 Finished with fresh sweet potatoes drizzled in perilla oil for that omega-3 boost—then Uji tea to wind down. 🍠🫖
