Today I wanted to update the minicore but couldn't. ArduiniIDE v1.8.19 win11 24H2

Thanks for reporting! We are working on the problem. The root issue is that dw-tools doesn't support Arduino IDE running in 32-bit mode. There will be a fix for this very soon. Meanwhile, install v3.0.4

Problem solved (see PR). Now, you get dummy tools for 32-bit systems.

v3.1.1 is now available through boards manager, which solves this problem
