Thanks for mentioning the issue. I just tried it from both Firefox and Chrome and it's working for me. This is the link to https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataverse/2020_precincts, right? What error do you get when you visit the url?

It was redirecting southern university or something like that and prompting a SAML authentication
