Bug: make.md and "folder notes" plugin combined = issues with reading view

I noticed that when I click on any folder through the make.md Navigator to open its folder-note, the Reading View button disappears.
This is ONLY on the Navigator: if I do the same through the File Browser, it works.

Forcing Reading View with Ctrl-E causes something weird: the spaces between text blocks and horizontal rules disappear.

(I really like this plugin, btw :)
