Describe your Environment

  • Server Version: CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-de459a2-51263e9 (MC: 1.10.2)

Steps to Reproduce this Bug

  1. Have someone in /f admin accidentally leave a gap in a claim and do /f claim fill
  2. Stop the server and disband that faction
  3. Claiming will bring TPS to around 8

Observed Results

The claims lag the server so bad that half of the playerbase quits

Expected Results

I expected claims to act normally and not lag the server
