Using the RCD to make a full tile window gives a "something already on this turf" error when you try to use the RCD on the grille (it constructs a grille first) or when you use it on the floor under the grill (alt clicking).

So basically the full tile window option only is able to construct a grille before erroring. I think it maybe needs to be made to make a windowsil, window grille, then the window part.

I think this is from the RCD not being updated to match the new way reinforced windows are built?
