Not quite sure how to implement this yet.

Need to look at how the data is exposed on relevant cloud providers.

Looks like the fundamental data type in this instance is Rating, which probably means that CloudKitty is being used:

Where are you thinking about integrating? Maybe the asset could like to a report that shows costs related to that asset?
