Native VNC instructions tab does not work in 4.0.0

It seems that the Native instructions tab for the VNC does not work for us in 4.0.0.
Nothing happens when clicking on Native instructions here:

The tab seems to be a link to /pun/sys/dashboard/batch_connect/sessions#c_71bad6d9-591a-431d-b680-8463b463d189_1, where 71bad6d9-591a-431d-b680-8463b463d189 is the session ID. Click on it changes the URL, but the tab does not become visible.
I've tested this in both Chrome 132 and Firefox 128.6.0esr.
