What if the SOC % information is redundant for some users (like me)? I don’t want to set the initial SOC at the beginning of every charge, nor do I want to fiddle with correctional constants.

By implementing a Simple Mode, you could eliminate the need to set up helper entities and significantly reduce the entry barrier for using this integration.
