Updating repositories sometimes "hangs"

It seems that sometimes, the UpdateCodeRepositoryTask just hangs (for multiple days) and no new commits get imported anymore. Restarting the server fixes the issue.

We could implement a timeout that would prevent these rare occurrences from happening altogether - whatever the reason might be.

It should be sufficiently large or otherwise detect if it really hangs to prevent a big update from being processed altogether.
