Release v0.1.1

✨ What’s New

Added a new website
Added Rules builder to website
Changed rule structure to be flat
Made config and rulesfile globally unique
Added better error handling

⚠️ Breaking Changes

The rule structure was changed, and older rules need to be updated
Logs now also print out debugging information
