Update to account for Chase the Skies update?

It appears that the latest drop, the "Chase the Skies" update, also seems to entail some differences in biome generation, though I can't pinpoint them exactly. I suspect we'll need to update the library to add a new MC_1_21_7 enum case, and there might need to be some adjustments to the noise algorithms to account for said changes.
