Clean up duplicate tsconfig.json config + TS dependencies

Motivation

Clean-up repository. Remove lines-of-code.

Tasks

  • Clean up duplicate and redundant tsconfig.json config
  • Centralize pnpm dependency versions with pnpm catalog feature

  • CI passing
