I am tire-kicking lazyjj and didn't realize how old my jj was (0.19), and I got an Failed to parse template: Keyword "bookmarks" doesn't exist error.

It Would Be Nice(tm) if lazyjj did a minimum version check instead of breaking in "interesting" ways when jj is too old.
