  • Currently we expose the e-fuse MAC address as an identifier
  • We've allocated a prefix for Fanet unique addresses
  • We've decided to do sequential 2-byte ID numbers for our Fanet IDs.

We need a way of allocating and flashing the device ID to the device before we can assure no Fanet ID collisions
