What is the current behavior?

DevToys 1.0 has a Hash Generator tool and Checksum Generator tool. They cause confusion. Also, a tool has Hmac support, the other doesn't. One tool supports binary files, the other doesn't.

What is the new behavior?

In DevToys 2.0, we merge these 2 tools into 1.
