We need tests for the following:

Fitting to series data,

Fitting to frequency data,

Different cost functions,

We need to make quantitative tests which check how well the calibration works, create a test with a convex solution so we can make sure it finds the same solution every time.

Make a super simple example model to test the mcmc out on, have a quantitative output for the test.
