How did you install the app?

F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid

Steps to reproduce the bug

Install fossify gallery inside shelter work profile (shelter is an app to use android work profile), find an avif image, press the edit button, it can't find its built-in edit feature.

Expected behavior

Find fossify gallery's built-in edit feature.

Actual behavior

Only shows unrelated apps.

I've tested, and it seems that AVIF is not recognized as an image file format for Android 11 and older. Shelter isn't causing this.

AVIF support was added in Android 12 so the platform doesn't recognize it as an image on older versions.

It should be possible to fix this by explicitly handling image/avif MIME type in the manifest.

Come to think of it, this should also be fixed for JXL and any other unsupported formats. The file manager should also specify the proper MIME type when launching a view intent for such formats.
