At the moment, it doesn't appear as if replacements I configure on one machine, appear on other machines with this addon installed.

Ideally, I'd like my replacements to be backed-up and synced between FireFox instances, as most addons do!

it should be available with v2 when it's released, as long as you have add-ons checked in the sync settings

Meanwhile... ¿Is there any method to copy the retitle entries between computers??

I've just migrated to a new OS version (well, new for me : macOS 10.13) and lost access to hundreds of page renames from my previous system.

I've copied the firefox profile folder and all, but, with the exception of global shortcuts controlled by FF (from the "Manage Extensions Shortcuts" panel), not a single extension setting got restored.
