Follow the following principles
- Features that Paper/Spigot/Bukkit have implemented or have in their configuration files are no longer implemented.
- If the implementation in Folia is too complex, we will decide not to implement it or to postpone the implementation depending on the situation.
- For features that have plugin replacements, it is no longer implemented
