Bug Description

When opening the “Ask a question” popup on the Community page, the form appears misaligned or visually broken (see attached screenshot). The input fields overlap with the sidebar and don't seem to render correctly. This makes it difficult to select a topic or type details.

Tested on:

Browser: Chrome

Screen size: 1366×646

OS: Windows 10

Please let me know if more details are needed.
