Describe the current behavior
Tags are useful to help us to filter out deployments/flows/runs everywhere in the UI or for automations rules. Currently there are a few places when at the time of complete the tags in a form there is the option to multi select from the existing tags in the system.
Examples:

Describe the proposed behavior
Extend that feature to all forms where tags are available to be completed without autocomplete.

- Custom Automation - trigger - Flow Run State:
- Deployment - Custom Run - Additional Options (The ones defined in the deployment are added always, but new ones cannot be autocompleted:
