RatScanner says 15 are needed

But TarkovTracker (which RatScanner is connected to) and Wiki say 5 are needed

Hey @Blightbuster, I was wondering if there have been any updates on this issue, as this is occurring for me as well, but not on all items. Understandably, I am sure you work on this on your free time, so if you haven't had anytime it's no big deal. Just saw this was from a month ago. Thanks for your hard work!

Its probably that rat scanner counts items which are needed but not used (aka. they dont get consumed / turned it to complete the quest). I'll have a look at the exact difference between the two this weekend. Thanks for letting me know.
