Clippy is double rendered

I tried out this https://www.npmjs.com/package/@react95/clippy and it looks super fun and was super easy to setup. However the provider renders two clippys. I imagine it has something to do with react and strict mode doing a double render of all components. This could indicate that it's not unsubscribing correctly on unmount. But this is purely a guess.

Keep up the good work, this seems like such a fun project.
