Hi Samuel,
unfortunately, there are still compounds in COCONUT that are not Natural Products. This is because COCONUT was initially created by combining as many openly available NP databases as possible. Some of our sources are quite polluted with non-NP.
IMHO, DOTA is one of them.
You can help us a lot by filing an issue (use the blueish Issue Tracker icon on COCONUT) for such cases. We are constantly removing fishy cases from the DB :)
