The files in the 3.0.0 release folder in "master" differ from the ones in the 3.0.0 GH release

I noticed that the files published in https://github.com/SEMICeu/DCAT-AP/releases/tag/3.0.0 are older than the ones in https://github.com/SEMICeu/DCAT-AP/tree/master/releases/3.0.0, which are identical to the ones in https://github.com/SEMICeu/DCAT-AP/tree/gh-pages/releases/3.0.0. Since the latter are the ones the GH pages (HTML specs) link to, I assume these to be the correct ones. I think it would be best to clarify this by making a new release.

@StroemPhi this is correct. We added a forward reference in 3.0.0 to the new draft release.

Thank you @bertvannuffelen for replyiing so swiftly! But I'm still confused, since you talk about "the new draft release". In https://github.com/StroemPhi/dcat-4C-ap/ my NFDI4Cat colleagues and me are porting DCAT-AP to LinkML in order to extend it for the chemistry domain. And as DCAT-AP source we are using https://github.com/SEMICeu/DCAT-AP/blob/master/releases/3.0.0/shacl/dcat-ap-SHACL.jsonld. I just want to be sure that this is the official 3.0.0 release, which so far I believed it is, since they are the ones linked to from the GH pages. I just want to make sure my assumption is correct and we should continue to use this file instead of https://github.com/SEMICeu/DCAT-AP/blob/3.0.0/releases/3.0.0/shacl/dcat-ap-SHACL.jsonld.
