Description
I have successfully run this script to conduct tissue segmentation on t2w fetal MRI scans but I'm not sure how to extract ROI values for each image. Is there a label file or look up table for the .nii.gz that output from the auto-brain-bounti-segmentation-feltal.sh? The auto-brain-biometry.sh script in github seems like it may take care of this but I don't see it when I pull this docker image, which seems like the latest version. docker pull fetalsvrtk/segmentation:general_auto_amd- thanks for the advice.
